About Us

Big lessons,
lil investors.

Our mission is simple: empower kids with money skills. Started at Solis Park School, led entirely by Portola High students.

A Lil Investors mentor working with a small group of kids

Kids learn money
from whoever
shows up first.

For most kids, nobody shows up at all. So once a month, we do: with play money, price lists, pretend credit cards, and games that make taxes, saving, and investing feel like recess.

What started as one workshop at Solis Park is now a growing network of chapters across Irvine elementary schools.

How a workshop works

01

Learn through play

Sorting games, survival simulations, mini Shark Tanks, never lectures.

02

Earn the candy

Jolly Ranchers are our incentive system. Participation always pays.

03

Build the habit

Six months of monthly workshops, each skill building on the last.
